Some background: 91 Si with a y8head/z6block swap, original trans.
I've been working to get me CRX running for the Honda-Tech meet and I'm stumped on this one. When the car is in gear and I crank it over it jumps or walks forward with the cranking like the clutch isn't disengaged. Its fine when in neutral, and will roll when the clutch is disengaged. What could cause this problem??

We were installing an ST sway bar on my EG.
And one of the bolts snapped in the threaded spacer.
Basicly, there is a big block that connects the bushing to the car, and in the block is a cylinder like object with threads in it.
The bolt that goes in there snaped. We tried to tap it out but failed.
Anyone happen to have one laying around? Or know where we could special order one? Or even drill it out and rethred (over sized)?
I don't want to have to order a whole new sway bar kit to get this one peice.

ill try to make this quick. i bought a 93 civic ex that sucked up water, swapped in a d15b7 i had just pulled from my brothers car to swap in a gsr. got my motor in, car wont start. crank, but no fire. i dont seem to be getting spark, and the fuel pump wont click on. the fuel pump worked when i parked the car. ive tried 3 dizzy's, 2 ECU's, 2 main relays, and new spark plugs/wires. as far as i can tell, all fuses seem to be ok. this is getting really aggrivating. any ideas are appreciated as im sick and tired of seeing this car in my garage on jack stands.
